cover with the outer mask and notelets
 Put the moon in then with your blues and brushes start with the sky add you clarity mountain masks with a sponge make the background mountain lighter so they look far away then add the stamping with dark blue
 add you stamps around the outside as a boarder
 cut some masks with notelets so you can go around the out sides with linen ink pad then colour in with promarkers the fairy's wings the hear did with greys red did not want to add to much read and over power it went around the out side with black promarker made the handles to the pot and went across the top of pot with black promarker then backed card on to purple card

  1. Julie a beautiful card,. It's like the fairies/elves are giving you a peek into their world, pulling back the cover. Beautiful idea and design. xxx

  2. I just love the centre piece to your card. I only wish I could be half as imaginative.

  3. Your design is so clever, Julie. To me - it's a little purse and the heart is being placed in for safe-keeping, perhaps in a land far away! Lol! Enjoyed reading your step by step, too. Great work. ;~}

  6. So, so clever Julie. Creating the frame with the fairies was inspired, and the mountain scene is beautiful too. Like Shelagh, I think its like a little purse or evening bag. Thanks for taking the time to share with us how you did it. Xxx

  7. I'm with you ladies on the little evening bag - how fab would it be if it could be re-created by a designer. Great work Julie :-) xxx

  11. Fabulous design Julie and I love the scene you have created in the middle its as though the fairies are pulling back the curtains to let us have a sneaky peak into their world. Love the borders too - and as I know from experience getting the masks to line up is a nightmare unless you stamp and cut out each one x
